Sourabh Chatterjee is Head of IT, Web Sales and Travel at Bajaj Allianz General Insurance. A passionate digital enthusiast, he is responsible for digital strategy and delivering innovative solutions for the company. He also handles Web Sales and oversees travel channel for the company. His ideology is to create, implement, secure and deliver better and faster solutions. Some of his fields of expertise include e-commerce, technology innovations, enterprise portals, social media analytics, mobile applications, IT strategy and planning. Sourabh has around 20 years of IT expertise with a successful track record in creating business value through innovative use of technology in the life and general insurance space in the US and India. Prior to joining Bajaj Allianz in 2015, Sourabh worked with ICICI Lombard as Vice President – Application development for over 4 years. Before that, Sourabh played multiple leadership roles across delivery, consulting and sales in the US geography for Infosys Technologies from 1999 to 2011. Sourabh is an Electrical Engineer and is an MBA from INSEAD.

Shadhana Sekaran, is the Group CEO of Syabs Financial Advisory, which is in the Insurance industry since 1975. Shadhana, is the second generation, with more than 17 years of experience in the industry. She has brought the Life Insurance based Agency to now an evolved Boutique Financial Planning firm providing General Insurance, Domestic Investments, Mutual Funds, Offshore Investments, Will Writing Services and Creation of Trust Accounts. With the Insurance Claims experience in the UK, Shadhana provides consultations to organisations on crucial claims issues as well. She holds a Bachelor of Arts of International Business Administration from Northumbria University from UK.
Cyber Product Head Asia Pacific, Chubb Asia Pacific Pte Ltd, Singapore
Andrew is the Cyber Product Head for Chubb in Asia Pacific. He is responsible for managing and developing Chubb’s Cyber portfolio and expanding their product capabilities across the region.
Based in Singapore, Andrew represents the insurance industry by sitting on the cyber sub-committee of the General Insurance Association of Singapore, as well as the Insurance Council of Australia. He is one of the longest serving cyber underwriting specialists in Asia Pacific, having written the class since 2010 and is a regular speaker on Cyber Insurance and other Error & Omissions (E&O) insurance classes.
Andrew holds an MBA, is a Fellow of the Australian and New Zealand Insurance Institute (ANZIIF). He has a Diploma in Accounting, as well as a Graduate Diploma in Financial Services. He has also served as a National Committee Member for the Australian Professional Indemnity Group (APIG).

Mr Koppelaar leads Symbo’s international growth across Asia. Symbo is an InsurTech serving the insurance industry by empowering digital distribution and customer engagement across various channels partners such as digital agent, ecosystem partnerships and bancassurance.
Prior to joining Symbo, he led the market management function for Allianz across Southeast Asia, overseeing distribution, strategy and channel partnerships for various General Insurance products. Laurens holds educational degrees from Vrije Universiteit Amsterdam, Grenoble Graduate School of Business and Saïd Business School from the University of Oxford.
